Oct 18, 2017

RESIGHT and Eclipse Development Group, through their entity Double A Development Partners, LLC, are pleased to announce a progress update for the New Haven, CT Redevelopment Project Site.

The demolition of old structures on the Tract C portion of the former Winchester Repeating Arms complex is in full swing.  PAL Environmental is in the final stages of completing the abatement of the last remaining asbestos containing materials on the site.  Since demolition began in September, DEMCO, Inc. has completed the removal of all universal waste material and the above-grade demolition of multiple buildings with only a few remaining to be demolished.  The removal of concrete slabs and below-grade structures has begun.

In collaboration with the City of New Haven, Double A envisions a residential redevelopment in this prime location near Yale University and surrounding neighborhoods.
